shot yesterday at Otavi Lion Park just outside Parys: this is my niece (she’s just gorgeous)… and the stuffed lion is a 3 year old that tragically died by swallowing an electronic tracker.  The facility is famous for breeding White Lion. Unfortunately, the photographs are not up to scratch as the Lions were mostly lazy and inactive (they sleep and laze for 20 hours per day and are active only for 4 mostly late afternoon evening). But I have others I’ll post. Our guide hand-raised the Lions (bar the pairs that started the breeding project) - she is clearly passionate and fiercely protective of her animals.
